Great job towing a semi to Midland!!!

My car was dead this morning. One very kind gentleman from Action Towing came and charged the battery but it would not hold. So Adam was called from Action and he was here in 15 minutes. He assured me it was the battery and towed my car to a repair shop. He was on time, polite and understanding. Thank you, gentlemen.

Last week, on January 21st my daughters' car broke down in the middle of a construction zone. We were able to pull off the road but the construction trucks kept whizzing by, honking like we were in the way (well... because... we WERE). It was scary!!! I called the Texas Roadside Assistance number on the back of my DL and they provided us with your number. Along comes this young man, about the same age as my son... to rescue us!! We had located a U-haul in Big Spring that had a truck/transport trailer available. He towed us there, only to find out that we had to hook up the truck/trailer ourselves. I wanted to cry...but, this young man stayed to help us. He had such a calm demeanor and the patience of a saint. He went WAY above and beyond! Not only that, when I wanted to leave him a tip... he just asked that "I pay it forward". I hope that I remembered his name correctly... I'm pretty sure he said it was 'Fid' but then he provided a TXDOT card with the name Tanner on it. I REALLY wanted to make sure you knew what an exceptional young man you have working for your company. I also wanted him to know how very much appreciated he was/is and that we've been paying it forward ever since meeting him, in every way possible.
