YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO BID.

 All bidders must registered to bid, in person and online. Only the registered bidder may claim the vehicle. If you need help or a rush approval, call our office and we will walk you through the process. Have your driver’s license/ID ready.

HOW DO I BID? 

The live auction will take place starting at 10:00AM CT the day of the auction. To bid before the live auction login to the website, actionwreckerauction.com. Click View and you will see the vehicles running. Enter a Quick Bid or a Proxy Bid to participate. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE WON ? 

Login and check your dashboard for Won Vehicle alerts.  It is your responsibility to check to see if you are the highest bidder. If you are the high bidder at the end of a sale you will also receive an email including an invoice and the next steps regarding vehicle payment and pick up.

 

IF- BID

An IF bid is a bid placed below the reserve price of an item. Although the bidder is not declared the winner at the end of the auction, they may be contacted by the auctioneer with a counter-offer to purchase the item. The bidder should check their dashboard or email to find out if they have received a counter-offer.

HOW DO I PAY? 

We accept cash, cashier's checks, business checks, and credit cards 

(all credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee).

If the vehicle has keys they will be provided once payment is received.

NOTE: Not all cars will have keys present, it is the bidder's responsibility to know the status of a vehicle's keys. 

*** Keys given are the keys Action Wrecker Service Inc received at time of impound. Keys may not belong to that actually vehicle***


 


HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? 

The vehicles will be billed and can be removed once auction is fully over and all items are paid for.


 

VEHICLE PAYMENT AND PICK UP

Payment is due at the end of the auction. Vehicle pick up is required by the Wednesday following the auction at 5:30pm local time, unless a re-tow has been paid for and arranged. If vehicle is unable to be picked up by that time daily storage fees of $25.00 will be applied.

 

This is an “AS IS Auction” 

We list the reason vehicles were impounded for. We DO NOT try to start or know the mechanical states of the vehicles in any way. All vehicles sold as is how is, where is. It is the buyers responsibility to review and judge vehicle condition before bidding.


 Re-tows

 We offer re-tow services, the cost is calculated on a case by case basis.

Light duty tows - $140.00 + $5.50 per mile outside Midland city limits

Medium and heavy duty items will need to be quoted

 Towing is available anywhere in TX or NM, provided all fees are paid in advance. 

Please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery of long distance tows.

 

*** Anyone caught stealing will be turned over to MPD for theft and will be banned from any future auctions in person & online***
